Established in 1896 by the woolen blanket manufacturer C.H. Krantz. It was open for his employees as well as members of the general public. Working class people had to pay 6 cents, other classes 10 cents. The heat came from the used steam of the factory. Closed in 1925.
The present owner told in an interview that sometimes people ring his doorbell to have a bath.
