This is the Thalys train to Paris, passing through Leiden. Leiden is not big enough to make the Thalys stop. Etoile du Nord was the old name of the train service between Paris and Amsterdam.

The TGV train Thalys runs between Amsterdam Central Station and Paris Nord. TGV means Train à Grande Vitesse or High Speed Train. The high speed (approx. 185 mph / 300km/h) is only achieved on the stretch Brussels-Paris.
