The Museo Egizio is the Egyptian Museum in Turin. It houses one of the largest Egyptian collections in the world.

The Pittock Mansion was built by Henry Pittock. He was born in England, but he moved with his family to the USA in 1839. He arrived barefoot and without a cent in Portland in 1853. He got a job as a typesetter at the Oregonian, which he took over and launched as a daily newspaper in 1861. From there his fortune grew and at his death in 1919 his estate was worth around 7 million dollars. In 1909-1914 he built this mansion in the West Hills of Portland. It was nearly demolished in 1962, but nowadays it is a museum.

The Halton County Radial Railway is a railway museum with a some tracks so the trams can drive around. Located in Milton in Ontario (between Toronto and Guelph). See here for a short film I made: youtu.be/lOp_KarACBA

Museum of the Steel Factory Tata Steel in IJmuiden, which began its life as Koninklijke Hoogovens. Website: www.hoogovensmuseum.nl

City Hall dates from 1596. It was designed by Lieven de Key. Unfortunately it burnt down in 1929, leaving only the facade. It was open during Monument Weekend.

A bit smaller, but much quieter.

I know I should be ashamed, but I'm rather proud: some people claimed I couldn't speed in my slow diesel Merc. The fine is 16 euro. No women, children or animals were endangered during the speeding.
