Crocheted from vintage Italian mohair (the peachier color) and bright tangerine acrylic yarn from a yard sale. The coral parts are made using hyperbolic crochet. This will probably be part of a "wearable coral reef" Halloween costume come October.

I crocheted this for myself this year, starting with the hat in March. No pattern, obviously! Just freeform and hyperbolic and some beading. There are starfish and sand dollars visible, the rest is more abstract...
