Marc Anton Gruppe (1899) by Arthur Strasser, bronze. Secession, Vienna. Strasser was a Secession artist though it is hard (for me) to say what places this work in that style except that Mark Anthony is depicted as unclassically rather large. The plinth is (arguably) unusually high and this is to deter people from riding on the lions. 200_3_P1070732E

I have chosen to translate the inscription a little differently to Wikipedia, thus: "Der Zeit ihre Kunst. Der Kunst ihre Freiheit" as "To the age its art, to art its freedom." 200_3_P1070707R
