The JFK Tribute is in General Worth Square, Fort Worth and in the shadow of the former Hotel Texas, now Fort Worth Hilton. A bronze sculpture of President Kennedy was created by Lawrence M. Ludtke. The President delivered two speeches, his last, in Fort Worth on the morning of 22 November 1963. The first, to a crowd who had waited in the rain of that morning, included the line in the picture.
