Ebenezer Chapel, Petworth - 27 July 2017

Although I photograph such buildings only infrequently, I am quite attracted to Victorian chapel architecture. This beautifully simple building, Ebenezer Chapel (1887), in Park Road, Petworth closed as a chapel in 2006 and was subsequently converted for residential use. It came to the market in 2010 at a rather jaw-dropping £259,000 - it is right on a busy route through the town. 200_3_P1020111E
