Class 107 Derby dmu 107425 with TransClyde titles and allocated to Ayr Depot where it is seen. Taken in the days when depots were many, usually had at least some locomotives and when a courteous request to look round was usually met with a courteous and affirmative reply. Ayr Depot is a little to the south of Newton-on-Ayr station. This is the second in a series of rediscovered photographs being scanned during lockdown and, I hope, bringing as much joy to those thus confined as they do to me. 851612_161085E
