The RRS Discovery is a barque-rigged auxiliary steamship famous for carrying Scott and Shackleton to the Antarctic. The restored ship, launched in 1901, is now located in her Dundee birthplace where visitors can learn more at Discovery Point.
Discovery is seen here interestingly framed by part of Kengo Kuma's V&A Dundee.
