This shameful and disheartening sight greeted visitors and regulars at the Broom Way entrance to Solent Airport today. Fareham Borough Council has put a lot of effort into making the airport attractive and more modern and this apparent act of vandalism is a slap in the face for the many people who have contributed to the airport's improved fortunes. The main sign was completed in January 2019. Two smaller signs can be seen lower right and these too went missing only days after being affixed. 200_3_P1110198CE
