The four Extra EA 300Ls of The Blades Aerobatic Display Team arrived at Solent Airport on 6 July 2019 between planned appearances at Goodwood's Festival of Speed. The following day was grey and wet until early afternoon and the aircraft would eventually leave for Swansea and the Wales Airshow having had to cancel the day's display at Goodwood.
