It has been a while since I took photographs at Ropley on the Mid Hants Railway. Although this picture of Ropley North Yard contains little to stir the railway heart, it is an important documentary shot (for me) as it shows the excellent work which has been done to provide an additional siding. This view, from the precariously verge-deficient bridge* over the railway, may be compared with earlier views in my pictures. 5300_DSC_0759
