It is now common for electrical boxes (or roadside cabinets) to be decorated and I like the idea. This, at the south-east corner of NW 9th Avenue and NW 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, particularly pleased me. A long stretch of 6th Street is named Sistrunk Blvd after Doctor James Sistrunk who, in 1938, helped to establish Broward County's first African-American hospital. 200_3_P1080295CE
