The street contains an important trio of restaurants at numbers 4-8 with the Indian restaurants Rose of India and Golden Curry at numbers 6 and 4 respectively and Dragon Boat Chinese Takeaway at number 8. India Gate Restaurant (closed), Bognor Road (A259), Merston, near Chichester. I deduce from the internet that this business moved to the centre of Chichester (St Pancras) as the smaller restaurant there has the same logo style. TZ70_P1020296CE

Part of the fairly wide choice of food available in Lee on Solent is provided by Lee Kebab & Pizza and Lee Tandoori which are at 3 & 4 Flower Buildings, Marine Parade East. The Lee Tandoori is well worth a visit. More modest and more affordable than near neighbour Blue Cobra, it offers a large dining area, speedy and friendly service and reliably good food from a long but standard menu. 200_3_P1110189CE

Tiffins & Thalis is a new arrival in a familiar location at 24 West Street, Fareham. The long established Cafe Tusk ceased trading earlier this year and the new owners had hoped to open before Christmas.
