Towards the end of the project to construct Newgate Lane East (as it is now known), signs along the route were rather clumsily altered by the attachment of vinyl stickers. I am not sure that anyone cares where the funding came from and I am puzzled by the use of the highly generic 'HM Government'. Why does this not refer to a specific department of state? 200_3_P1050431R
