On the evening of 3 April 2018, a reported gas leak in St Martins Lane, London led to its closure from St Martins Place/William IV Street to Cranbourn Street with all intermediate side access, including pedestrian routes, closed too. The Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service attended with countless vehicles and theatregoers were eventually turned away. Two London Ambulance Service Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Incident Response Units, 8427/LX17CBF (front) and 8428/LX17CBO were positioned on William IV Street. TZ30_P1050023CE
