This picture is part of a new series depicting Port Everglades, the busy port of Fort Lauderdale. As is usual with ports these days, access is not easy and viewpoints are limited. My pictures, then, are by no means all portraits, as I would prefer, but a record of the port at work. Caribbean Princess at berth 02 had arrived from Grand Cayman and would depart for Eleuthera. On berth 19, Celebrity Summit, which had arrived from George Town would depart for nearby Nassau and was due to return on 10 March. As evening departures approached, the Seabulk Towing rotortug 'Trident' manoeuvred astern of Caribbean Princess between berths 02 and 01. She is seen here approaching that position. 200_3_P1040923CE
