This small building with what appears to be a very solid door and an ivy crown is on the south side of Daedalus Drive in Lee on Solent. The location would once have been within the Royal Naval Air Station (HMS Daedalus) but now lies in the development area outside the present day boundary of Solent Airport. I have learned from FB friends associated with the airfield that this building housed the controls for runway lights used by the Coastguard for night time operations in former years. 200_3_P1040205E
