Sunday 3 December 2017 saw an extensive programme of rail replacement services, involving several operators, run from Havant station as trains did not run between Southampton and Havant or Havant and Barnham. Shortly after I photographed Xelabus Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL 530/LX53AZU by itself, it was joined by a representative of local rival Wheelers in the form of their East Lancs Olympus bodied Scania N230UD 9423RU, the pair making a colourful sight together on a dull day.
