An unexpected visitor on this Tuesday was Pilatus Britten-Norman BN2B-26 Islander G-BLNI. It night stopped on the tower apron departing the following evening. TZ70_P1020423CE

Britten-Norman BN2B-20 Islander G-CKYC in Channel Islands Air Search scheme departing from Solent Airport. At the time of this picture, it was still registered to Britten-Norman. Already much photographed, this aircraft has been seen around Solent Airport regularly since early January 2019. Early photographs showed it in primer before it was painted at Bournemouth where it briefly bore the registration 2-CIAS which it is expected to carry again when delivered to Channel Islands Air Search. 200_3_P1090647CE
