Water Hazard - 4 June 2017

|
Drivers on Twyford Drive, Lee on Solent at lunchtime on Sunday 4 June 2017 encountered an unexpected hazard just north of the junction with Megson Drive. The water which was steadily filling the road was unusually dirty compared to a main leak. Whatever the cause, the road was nearly dry only an hour later, leaving a silty deposit across a lane and a half. In spite of the title, none of the cars seen negotiating the hazard is a Golf.
