The Helston Railway operates seasonally on a restored section of the original Helston Railway which ran from Helston to Gwinear Road on the main line. Although officially closed until mid-December, I was allowed access to take my photographs and I am very grateful for the happy quarter of an hour I spent at Prospidnick. This is a view north from the temporary platform at Prospidnick towards the present day Trevarno Farm and in the direction of Gwinear Road. One proposal is to extend the line over the section visible in this picture to a station at the farm. 200_2_P1140471
