After a puzzling delay, the new branch of M&S in Havant opened on 14 July 2016 more than two months after the adjacent Next. The two stores complete the expansion of the Solent Retail Park. An early morning foray on a Sunday produced the pictures I wanted of this latest development in Havant's faltering retail environment. 200_2_P1110566C
