At the time of posting, Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas is the largest passenger ship in the world. She arrived at Southampton from St Nazaire on 17 May 2016 and was due to undertake three short voyages before a final departure from the port to her summer season home port, Barcelona, on 29 May 2016. Even allowing for perspective, her size is more than evident when viewed with the container ship MSC Istanbul which later left for Antwerp. The car park of Mayflower Park is often busy but on this occasion the activity could be attributed mostly to the presence of Harmony of the Seas. 200_2_P1100627E
