More grey weather today could not deter me from visiting two construction sites at which I have been following progress. The Solent Retail Park in Havant has expanded onto a site adjacent to the original and the new building will accommodate Next (with Costa) and Marks & Spencer. In only a few weeks, the foreground of this picture will be transformed as the car park fills with shoppers welcoming more major names to Havant. The consequences for traffic in the area remain to be seen. DSC00237
