On Monday 21 March 2016, a formation of five Sea King HC4 helicopters of the Royal Navy flew a long circuit of the south and south west of England to mark the withdrawal of the type from service at the end of the month. The formation flew from and to Yeovilton and is seen here (from a considerable distance) as it manoeuvred over Gosport for a flypast of Lee on Solent airfield. The art treatment of this image is to compensate for a difficult exposure and to create a special memory of a tearful few minutes. Geotagging approximate. 200_2_P1090289E2
