Ever since CEMAST and Fareham Innovation Centre [both qv] opened, the junction of Broom Way and Daedalus Drive in Lee on Solent has looked like this after moderate to heavy rain. Similar flooding occurs to the right of shot also, on the entrance side. This suggests poor design or construction and reflects badly on the work which was done. Only recently, Meteor Way and parts of Daedalus Drive were resurfaced but the work did not extend to the junction. The existing surface had been in place only 18-24 months but I was told that it 'had failed'. This seems also to reflect poorly on the original work. 200_2_P1080889C
