Bordeaux is a fairly spectacular cruise destination as a voyage on the Gironde and then the Garonne finishes right in the city berthed within walking distance of many sights and attractions. The ships are a source of considerable local interest. Oceania Insignia had arrived from Bilbao and would depart for Concarneau via a pick-up at Le Verdon (at the mouth of the Gironde). 200_2_P1000678
