Two days after the Parade of Planes and my modest night shots, I returned to the Palm Springs Convention Center to view the static display in the enticing dawn light. I think that special time of day has brought something to many of the pictures in this final part of my album. As dawn became day, I walked around the outside of the Convention Center to Calle Alvarado for some final shots. From there, I took perhaps the most distinctive shot of the album. Eclipse EA550 N229BW is seen on Amado Road and framed by parts of the Convention Center all serving to emphasise its improbable parking spot. 200_2_P1010688

The Night Shots (6) When night had fallen over Palm Springs, I returned to the Convention Center where the aircraft now stood on three sides. There was no specific provision for a night shoot so I practiced in the street and temporary lighting. The results are mediocre but, I think, a necessary part of the record of the event.
