Whilst some aspire to re-open the entire route of the former Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway, I feel that the station restorations are more realistic. There are key projects at various points of the line and this is Spetisbury in Dorset looking towards the steps up from the street and Charlton Marshall. Progress here is admirable but there is an enormous amount of work to be done by only a small number of volunteers. 200_P1040962
