This beautiful dmu, seen at Loughborough Central, was running alternate services on this weekday on the Great Central Railway. Although run as a two-car Class 101 unit, these Metropolitan-Cammell cars, now E50321 (nearer camera) and E51427 would once have been Class 101/1 and 102/2 from 3 and 2-car units respectively and the former numbered M 50321.
