The Clock Tower is probably the most famous feature of the centre of Jaffa but I was also rather taken by 'The New Saraya' seen on the left of this picture. Saraya House was the residence of the Turkish governor and the Turkish government building. It was largely destroyed in a Lehi bombing in 1948.
