In this view, two First Wright Streetlites are seen at Hilsea. 63043/SK63KHU is in The Star branding whilst, further from the camera, 47431/SK63KNC is in basic First colours. 200_P1010958

First Wright Streetlite 63043/SK63KHU stands at Hilsea with fleet predecessor Plaxton Pointer Dennis Dart 42788/S678SNG. The Star branding in the Portsmouth area superseded the Zip branding on which services were operated by Wright Eclipse Urban vehicles. 200_P1010942C

I have taken advantage of this elevated view of First Wright Streetlite 63043/SK63KHU at Hilsea to highlight some of the vehicle side detail. The Hilsea depot sticker is self-explanatory; buses with The Star branding commemorate ships associated with Portsmouth. 200_P1010940C_OL

This First Wright Streetlite 47431/SK63KNC with only basic branding had reportedly arrived at Hilsea only this morning from another location. It is seen standing with another Streetlite, 63043/SK63KHU, with The Star branding. 200_P1010944
