On Market Street in San Francisco (near Castro), enticing disused tracks disappear into (or emerge from) tunnels on either side of the street. The Twin Peaks Tunnel was opened on 3 February 1918 at which time it was one of the longest railway tunnels in the world. These kind of relics fascinate me and I would love to explore on a tour.
