Matthew House in Colston Street, Bristol is a very striking 1980s office building situated at the confluence with Host Street (right). I love the architecture in its own right but I was also impressed when I viewed it along the front elevation of the nearby Colston Hall. It is entirely sympathetic with the design of that much older building. I took a photograph to illustrate that but it is marred by the unavoidable inclusion of a parking ticket machine. X20_DSCF1887
