'Gromit Unleashed' is a public art event to be held in Bristol over the summer of 2013. It is in aid of the Bristol Childrens Hospital. 80 Gromits around Bristol and further afield have been decorated by celebrities and will be auctioned at the end of the event. On our main Gromit hunting visit to the city photography was difficult because it was the school holidays and the character is rather more attractive to parents and children than (the Southampton) rhinos. The Colston Hall and Colston Tower are both landmark buildings of Bristol. Both are fascinating but, arguably, only the Hall could be described as attractive. In a moment over a cup of tea, I was able to 'see' this shot to illustrate this collision of 19th and 20th centuries. TZ30_P1010025
