More grey weather today could not deter me from visiting two construction sites at which I have been following progress. The Solent Retail Park in Havant has expanded onto a site adjacent to the original and the new building will accommodate Next (with Costa) and Marks & Spencer. Soon, the last of the building materials will be replaced by the cars of shoppers welcoming these major names to Havant. The consequences for traffic in the area remain to be seen. 200_2_P1090272C
