The coal loader at Avonmouth is a very striking feature and is so in colour as in the previous picture. However, in an industrial and economic landscape which has changed so much in 50 years, I thought this image also had great impact in b&w. As a little eco-aside, I wonder how much energy the coal moving/loading system (from Portbury) and subsequent rail transport costs to handle this 'cheap' imported coal? X20_DSCF1343M
