'Fountain with Kneeling Youths' by George Minne, bronze.
This is one of several pieces developed from a theme originated by the artist in 1898. In this example, publicly displayed in Ghent, the figures date from 1905 and the water basin from c1927.

The City Pavilion, Ghent/Gent is used to host concerts, dance performances and markets.
At first sight very striking, I do not think the structure bears closer examination especially from inside the space looking up.
Architects: Robbrecht & Daem / Marie-José Van Hee.

Londersele by MaRf - 31 May 2015

This has been the most difficult subject to research. The sculpture stands in Sint-Baafsplein, Gent.
As far as I can determine, the piece is by MaRf (also spelt Marf) whose real name is Freddy de Vos. It represents a work called 'When I was Little' by Flemish writer and poet Roel Richelieu van Londersele (real name Raoul van Londersele). There is an inscription of his name on the base.
