John Oram's photos with the keyword: Kestrel

After ten years of digital photography, I should not be shooting with the wrong settings but exactly such an oversight made this photograph much less than it should have been. This juvenile kestrel - and I think I have seen the same bird before - favours the tall lamp posts adjacent to the IFA2 construction site at Daedalus, Fareham. In spite of the starkness of the site in the early stages of construction, there is plenty of vegetation nearby to be home to potential meals. 200_3_P1060236C2
