An example is in a doorway at, appropriately, Gosport War Memorial Hospital which built as a memorial to members of the Portsmouth Division of the Royal Marine Light Infantry based at Forton Barracks who had died in the First World War. After considerable thought, I liked the lighting and, as I have done on a few previous occasions, I have sought to turn one piece of art into another. The light and shadow are part of the message.
