There were some nice days in April 2015 but a chilly Sunday 26th was not one of them and only the hardiest fans watched the opening overs of Hampshire's LV= County Championship Division 1 match against Nottinghamshire at the Ageas Bowl. Standing with wicketkeeper Adam Wheater (31), the slip fielders to the bowling of Gareth Berg from the Northern End, were Sean Ervine (7), Liam Dawson (8), James Vince (14) and Will Smith (2). 200_2_P1040436C

Hampshire v Kent, LV County Championship, Day 4, Ageas Bowl. Soon after Smith's century, Kent celebrate the fifth Hampshire wicket, that of Adam Wheater (31) for only 1. Hampshire twelfth man Danny Briggs (19) has brought refreshment for Will Smith (2) who went on to score 142* in drawn match as Hampshire reached 248-9 at the close. Seeking promotion to CC Division 1 and with one game to go at Glamorgan, the home team would have preferred a victory. 200_2_P1000039C
