This Surrey Police Land Rover Discovery 4, GU63LUA, had been used to tow a broken down Suzuki Swift to Ockham Bites services on the A3(S). The Swift had broken down on the M25 (anti-clockwise) to A3 off slip (J10) and was initially attended by an unmarked BMW Tourer which followed the tow to the services. 200_2_P1060290C
