Many of the enthusiasts who gather at Solent Airport enjoy the birds as well as the aircraft and I am amongst them. This rook was looking at something near the tower. The grey beak leads me to decide that it is a rook. The next picture I took made it look much blacker but if it were a crow I'd have to think of another snappy title, wouldn't I? TZ70_2_P1000737E

This picture, an extreme crop, was not in my original edits but, such is the curiosity therein, I decided to post to see what feedback might be generated. This rook was hanging around at Marwell's Cafe Graze hoping, one imagines for any pickings. I wonder if it can feed properly with the apparent deformity? 5300_DSC_0971XSC
