Place des Arts, home of Opéra de Montréal. Those were crazy days - when you could travel. We flew FLL-LGA-YUL on 6 March 1993, saw Lucia di Lammermoor the same night and travelled YUL-BOS-FLL the next day. This was the weather or, more accurately, the aftermath of earlier weather. My records show that the opera hall was connected to our hotel by a passageway. This photograph was taken before our return to Dorval (now Pierre Elliott Trudeau). 930205_070393R

A rather striking mural by Onur of what appears to be an exploding light bulb on the side of Restaurant Noodle Factory, 1018 Rue Saint-Urbain, Montréal. The mural was created by the artist for Mural Festival 2017 and (reportedly) glows in the dark. 200_3_P1030785CE
