In an unexpected sequel to my photograph of 9 January 2016 , I illustrate the latest incarnation of the Nescafé Blend 37 jar (right) alongside its predecessor. Blend 37 can be somewhat difficult to find on supermarket shelves and seems, inexplicably, to be the least popular of the Nescafé Gold range. That range has followed almost in the footsteps of fire extinguishers - a comment that some of you will understand more readily than others - in that there is now much less to distinguish between the various offerings from the company.
