After The Water Shed This is really not what you want or expect of midsummer. The small hours of 22 June heralded by sound the inevitable sights of the morning. A solstice come and gone; a 'supermoon' obscured (although my Mum saw it); a scene perhaps better captured on video but, as I am no master of that, I faced the challenge of still photography in which you can not hear or see the effects of the wind. The best shots are not taken through terminal glass and certainly not when that glass is being rained on but I thought this rainy morning at Heathrow offered something with the watery reflections adding a bit to an otherwise ordinary image. In this view, I have intentionally included the water on the window to help to convey how wet it was as Air France A320 F-GKXH prepares to taxi from Terminal 4 with a Paris flight. TZ30_P1000700
