This item is (inexplicably) the only one for which I did not make notes during my visit to the excellent Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum, München. It is the forward section of a Class 485 unit formerly operated on the Berlin S-Bahn. 200_3_P1090329E

DB Class 642 Desiro dmu 642 013 at platform 13 at Frankfurt am Main Hbf with the 1215 RB61 to Dieburg. In spite of showing 'Nicht einsteigen', boarding had begun and the train was properly advertised on the platform indicators. This picture, I might say, was taken after adjusting my polarising filter.
