The Great Western Railway did not operate trains to Liverpool but goods were shipped across the Mersey by barge from Morpeth Dock in Birkenhead to the Manchester Dock where this warehouse was built in about 1890. This building is now part of Liverpool's World Heritage Site. TZ70_P1020117R
