Beautiful Palm Springs has flowers aplenty. On a pre-dinner walk, the evening was brightened by these which, SOOC (apart from a minor crop), look a bit like a painting. 200_2_P1140291C_F

My texture-rich photograph of a watering can containing roses was, somehow, a little ordinary until I effected a square crop. Now I like it more. This was in the tea garden of the Kennet & Avon Canal Information Centre at Aldermaston. 200_P1040401SC

Flowers can be very beautiful and very difficult to capture well especially with only modest equipment. The desert flowers around the Premium Outlets at Cabazon, CA were very beautiful and I hope this collage does them justice.
